MAEOE Refund Policy The following event refund policy is applicable to all event registrations conducted via the MAEOE Website or MAEOE Member Portal: All cancellation requests must be made in writing, via email to admin@maeoe.com. An 80% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 14 or more business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of confirmation. If you select "Invoice Me", you have until 30 days before the event start date to make a payment or your event tickets may be voided. Conference Refund Requests Refunds will not be issued for additional conference items not included in regular conference registration, including but not limited to: field trips, field experiences, networking or social events (MAEOE MASH, MAEOE Meltdown, MAEOE Migration, Awards Banquet, other additional ticket items as applicable). |
