MAEOE is a member of the North America Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE) and proudly serves as the Michigan affiliate of the NAAEE. The Affiliate Network promotes collaboration for maximum effectiveness and efficiency and a unified voice for Environmental Education across North America and beyond. MAEOE adopted the National Guidelines for Excellence in Environmental Education, established by NAAEE to guide the development of balanced, scientifically accurate, and comprehensive environmental education programs.
