Description
Taking kids outside to do science is one of the best moments of the school year. Not only can you teach state objectives, but you have the opportunity to inspire them to protect a little part of our world. Come join me while I share a ton of outdoor experiences (25+ activities) used to teach students at Holt High School and focus on how some outdoor activities can be used over and over to collect data and help provide evidence for climate change. We will perform some of these activities while discussing others, and attendees will get digital copies of the questions used with students.
Please reach out to conference@maeoe.com with any questions or accessibility requests.
