Description
Explore the natural world from the microscopic to the universal through immersive, experiential learning. Participants use magnifying glasses and microscopes to investigate tiny wonders while practicing mindfulness through close observation and intentional slowing down. The journey expands into the cosmos with a guided daytime stargazing meditation inside Digitalis, an inflatable digital planetarium, demonstrating how awe can inspire wellness across every scale of nature. The session concludes with practical strategies for writing nature-based guided meditation scripts and marketing mindfulness programs that attract participants. Activities are adaptable for K–12 learners and can be tailored for audiences of all ages.
